WHAT IS A HANDCHAIN?

A handchain is a piece of jewelry that combines a bracelet, a chain across the back of the hand and a ring into one.

Aura is our version of the handchain, designed to follow your hand and its movements.

Aura is made for everyday wear.

The metal part is made of gold-plated surgical steel, a material that is durable, hypoallergenic and resistant to everyday wear.

It doesn’t snag, doesn’t get in the way and you barely feel it on your hand. It has passed the test of workouts, showers, playing with kids, even the sauna – and stayed just as beautiful. The colour doesn’t change, the thread doesn’t break and the plating stays put.

We made it for you to wear, not to think about when you have to take it off.

THE STONE OF CLARITY AND TRUTH

At the heart of Aura is white topaz, a stone we associate with clarity and truth. Its symbolism speaks of light, recognising your own truth, love and inner peace. Aura is for the woman who carries her light within and isn’t afraid to show it to the world.

WHY AURA?

The name Aura was inspired by the white topaz at its centre, and by the very idea of an aura. Just as an aura surrounds us, Aura gently wraps around your hand, follows its every move and gives it a special glow.

Keep your jewelry away from direct sunlight and moisture. The Anka box your jewelry arrived in is perfect for this.

Wearing your jewelry with care

Never wear your jewelry during physical activities such as household chores or exercise. Always put your jewelry on last so it doesn’t catch on your clothes. Apply perfume or lotion first so they don’t stain your jewelry. Avoid water (washing dishes, swimming, etc.). If your jewelry does come into contact with water, gently pat it dry with a soft, dry cloth.

Cleaning your jewelry

Remember to wipe your jewelry with a soft or microfibre cloth before putting it back in your Anka box or jewelry box.
