NOTE: If we have not yet fulfilled your order, you can request a change of product or change of address by contacting us at info@anka-jewelry.com.

Exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will issue a replacement or issue a full refund. You can request this within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@anka-jewelry.com. Please note that we cannot offer returns after 14 days from the delivery date.

Refunds are not valid for incorrect order information or incorrect addresses. Please check your order before confirming it to avoid any problems!

Damages and defects

If there are any defects or damage that occurs during shipping, we offer an exchange with return postage paid or a full refund. These things are extremely rare, but the reality is that they do happen sometimes.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Lost/Stolen Shipments

Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with instructions for tracking your order.

If your shipment seems "stuck" in the same place for several days, it could be due to courier delays.

However, if your shipment has not arrived within 2 weeks of the tracking information showing that it has been "delivered", please contact us immediately.

Please note that if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments, as we have fulfilled our responsibility by shipping your order to the address provided. In these situations, the package will be returned to our warehouse after 4-6 weeks, after which we can resend it free of charge.
